Sunrise Ford Fontana has been the best buying experience I've had with any dealership. I came back two different times and the experience was pleasant and exceptional. Sales Rep Miguel is an outstanding sales and was had no issues letting me test drive used and new vehicles. He showed me different trim leaves of trucks and insured that they meet all the needs I requested. I was so indecisive on my choice that all banks were closed that night, but they had everything prepped for me to come the following day. The following day I dealt with different sales rep name Angelo and he was just exceptional as Miguel. He made sure that my decision was final and showed me other trims just in case. He spent time after I signed all my paperwork and showed me all the new features on my truck plus how to login into all my Ford apps and how to manage my auto play. I will definitely recommend this dealership and sales rep to my family and friends. Also the lease team were friendly and straight forward.
