I had an excellent service experience at Sunrise Ford on June 26, 2026, for my 2025 Ford Escape's 7,500-mile service. The visit included an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and completion of the liftgate hinge cover recall. Jason Fuentes was outstanding from start to finish. He checked me in promptly, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the service. The technician also provided progress updates, which I really appreciated. After I got home, I had a follow-up question about the recall repair. I left Jason a voicemail, and he quickly got back to me with a thorough explanation and even included a photo to help answer my question. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and efficient. It's clear that Sunrise Ford values its customers and takes pride in providing excellent service.
